Sneaking in Collagen Peptides and Apple Cider Vinegar!
Found my new favorite mid day pick me up... complete with sneaking in apple cider vinegar and collagen peptides into my daily routine! Next time I'll add in/ switch out ingredients for mint, almond milk, or pineapple to add a little sweetness!
2 cups ice
handful of kale, raw
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs strawberry kombucha
2 scoops collagen peptides
a few cucumber slices, strawberries, and squeeze in lime and lemon
1 tbs cinnamon
